What this page covers

This notice applies to limstrack.com, the public website. It does not describe the LIMSTrack application itself, which is governed by the agreements and business associate arrangements made with each laboratory or clinic that uses it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional organization name, and your message. The country your request arrives from is recorded with the message to help us spot automated abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies.

How it is used

Your message is emailed to us so we can reply. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. It is kept only as long as it is useful for the correspondence it belongs to.

Please do not send health information

The contact form is ordinary email and is not an appropriate channel for patient data or protected health information. Please leave it out of your message, and we will arrange a secure route if you need one.
